ok to start off, i had KILLER pt ytd. pick&dump 100m, 100 skippings, 25sit-ups with medicine ball, 15 dips, 25 steppings, 25 leg lifts, 25 berpes, 25 star jumps and a run round the hall. three sets of these! HAHA IM SHOWING OFF HOW FIT WE ARE NOW AND WE CAN BINGE ON FOOD ON CNY. my muscles are accchhhiiinnggggg BADLY. hmm i dont really fancy much muscles actly.

met up with phoebe and did a super-rush-shopping cos shes gna have reunion dinner. super sorry for taking damn long to choose a notebook. hahahaha i was pretty fussy cos the one i wanted was a cat themed notebook so i didnt want but its VERY CUTE! and phoebe was like, you dont have to be a fan of cats to buy it.
